DTI SUITE — FLUKE ANNOTATION LIST (matches the FLIR/HikMicro text-table structure)

Fluke cameras do not accept an uploadable text-table file the way FLIR (.tcf) and
HikMicro (.json) do. On the older Ti-series (Ti32/TiR/Ti4x/Ti5x era) the camera reads
a predefined annotation file called "notations.txt" from the SD card — but that file
must be authored with Fluke SmartView's own Annotations Editor (its internal format
is not published, so DTI Suite does not generate it blind).

ONE-TIME SETUP (about 10 minutes, older Ti-series cameras with text annotations):
  1. Open Fluke SmartView  ▸  Tools  ▸  Annotations Editor.
  2. Recreate the four categories below (Create New Category), set "Select: One"
     for Action, "Select: One" for Problem/Recommendation (or "Many" if you prefer
     to allow multiple), and add each annotation line under its category.
  3. Save the file as "notations.txt" onto the ROOT of the camera's SD card.
  4. In the camera, apply annotations to each photo as you shoot.
DTI Suite reads the annotations from the .is2 when you export temperatures from
SmartView, and you can always adjust tags later in DTI Suite's photo editor.

NEWER FLUKE CAMERAS:
  • Expert series (TiX500/520/560/580): text notes are typed on the camera screen
    (no template upload). Keep notes short: enter the Asset No. only, then do the
    detailed tagging in DTI Suite's editor.
  • TiS20+/TiS55+/TiS75+ and Fluke Connect models: use Fluke Connect "asset tagging"
    (scan an asset QR code before the shot) — pair it with the asset numbers from
    your DTI Asset Inventory List so the photo lands on the right row.

  No significant thermal irregularities.
  One phase of the breaker substantially warmer than the other.
  Possible load imbalance between phases.
  Suspected faulty breaker.
  Suspected loose connection.
  Wires are showing higher than normal temperature for recorded current reading.

CATEGORY: Recommendation
  Check connection point for loose termination.
  Check load for proper phase balancing. Balance phases if required.
  Check to see if breaker can be upsized based on the conductor size.
  Could not determine at the time of the scan - Investigate.
  Repaired on site.
  IR Ok.
  IR Ok. Monitor condition.
  Notify utility of problem.
  Repaired on site. Review next scan.
  Replace breaker.
  Replace disconnect switch.
  Replace fuse clips.
  Replace fuses.
  Review equipment and/or components next IR scan.
  Shut down equipment and repair problem when time permits.
